Top-level dispatcher. Receives any inbound request (email, form, chat) and decides which downstream agent handles it (unblock, triage, KYC, DSAR, …).
Handles customer requests to unlock their account. Checks lock status, identifies the reason (garnishment / fraud / no specific reason), and either notifies the customer or unlocks the account after a human review step.
Reads a customer complaint, classifies the category and severity, looks up the customer, decides an outcome, drafts a reply, and logs the case. (Live demo runs on the local backend only.)
